Oasis is an imaginative journey through time and space, in the unique hybrid style of Metasonica, crossing the ancient and modern, electronic and acoustic, composition and improvisation. The work is equally inspired by Western classical and contemporary electronic music. Violinist Sarah Charness provides the expressive center of the piece.  

The release date on the summer solstice, the balance point of night and day, reflects Metasonica’s sonic balancing of forces.
